Internal Audit Supervisor

Are you a driven and experienced internal audit professional seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a world-leading brand? About the Role:

As an Internal Audit Supervisor, you will be instrumental in planning and executing risk-based audits, covering operational, financial, and financial reporting (SOX) areas. You will prepare comprehensive audit reports, present findings to management, and follow up on the implementation of agreed action plans. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the business, including senior management in international markets and corporate functions. You will also contribute to internal infrastructure projects and the continuous improvement of the audit function.

What They’re Looking For:

  • A solid understanding of internal control and risk management frameworks, with a keen eye for identifying risks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels (both written and oral).
  • Ability to work flexibly and travel internationally.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
  • Professional qualification (CIA/CMIIA, ACA/ACCA, CPA) strongly preferred. Candidates with demonstrable audit experience in a Big Four environment will also be considered.
  • Desirable skills include data analytics experience, process improvement expertise, intercultural competence, and the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
