Private Client Solicitor – In-House Opportunity
A scale-up and entrepreneurial business is currently looking to recruit a talented Private Client solicitor to join their growing and collegiate legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your primary focus will be on managing estate administration for high-net-worth and ultra-high net-worth clients.
- Drafting complex wills, as well as advising on and administering trusts.
- Proficiently and efficiently manage your own estate administration caseload from case opening to closing, ensuring adherence to deadlines, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the probate process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assisting with succession and estate planning for complex estates
- Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring deadlines are met, accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations and internal policies.
You:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in private client law.
- Ideally have previous experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-network clients and managing own caseload.
- Will have the ability to excel in high-pressure situations and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
