Qualified Conveyancer – Award Winning Law Firm – Guildford Office
Taylor Root have partnered with an award-winning law firm as they are looking to hire a Qualified Conveyancer for their Guildford office. This roll will be full time and office based.

The Role
This is a untraditional non-fee earning and non-client facing role and will sit within the firms compliance department rather than the real estate team. Your job will involve reviewing legal title documentation for the purpose of reviewing payment requests, working with the compliance team to provide legal assistance, and providing assistance to the COLP and COFA.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to be a qualified lawyer, solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer (essential) who has proven experience in property matters. It will be beneficial to have an understanding of AML and SRA regulatory requirements and can manage a flexible workload.
