Our client, a leading Top 100 City law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor for 3- 6 months on a fixed term contract basis. The role has arisen to cover a gap in permanent recruitment. The role is due to start ideally in January or February to ensure a sufficient handover.

The firm is highly ranked for its real estate practice which handles the sale and purchase of residential properties primarily in prime Central London. They act for private individuals, consortia, partnerships, and banks in the sale, purchase, development, and funding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, particularly in prime central London.
  • Assist with property management matters.
  • Work on residential property development transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, working with both UK and international clients, including investors, developers, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Lexcel procedures and maintain high standards in file management.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 4+ PQE with solid high net worth and ultra-high net worth residential property experience ideally in the London market.
