Senior Associate – Debt Capital Markets

The team advise corporates, sovereigns, leading financial institutions and corporate trustees on conventional, and Shariah compliant DCM matters across product lines (including Sukuk, investment grade and high yield conventional bonds, regulatory capital issuances, securitization/asset backed instruments and restructurings).

This role is suitable for those already in the region as well as overseas in key common law jurisdictions.
