Senior Conflicts & Compliance Lawyer

As a Senior Conflicts and Compliance Lawyer, you will play a vital role in supporting various compliance programs, including new business and conflicts intake, and general regulatory risk management.

You will also develop and maintain a deep understanding of legal ethics and professional responsibility rules applicable to the firm’s geographic jurisdictions, particularly those related procedures, policies, and practices in accordance with conflicts and other ethical issues.

Some of your responsibilities include:

· Assisting senior lawyers in resolving ethical and business conflicts.

· Conducting legal research on conflicts and professional responsibility.

· Managing risk management programs like file audits and contract reviews.

· Reviewing Outside Counsel Guidelines and Engagement Letters.

· Advising stakeholders on complex ethics and compliance issues

Candidate Expectations:

· Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales

· Conflicts exposure

· General law firm R&C experience
